Come meet Gunner
Gunner , a 9 year old Golden Retriever, was my first pet that I sat here at this location (in Florida) starting back in Nov 2012. His mom was going to college and in between places. I had him for 3 1/2 months straight. He came back for 2 short visits and now he is here forever as his mom is now a full time student and working. I just couldn't see my life without Gunner in it somehow. He is the most gentle and patient dog I have ever known. Gunner loves everyone and every thing. He does bark for the first 2-3 minutes you are here but that is just his way of saying hello. He is also the boss of the house. If dogs are playing too rough, he will bark at them.
My services include daily walks, feeding, playing with your pet, grooming, and clean-up. You can rely on me whether you’re away for a few days, a week, a month or 3 months. And I am just a bark and meow away--located 1 1/2 miles from downtown Fort Myers!! 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including major holidays!!
People often ask me why I am so cheap? I don't do this to make money to pay my bills. My husband makes enough to support us. I do this because I love animals. I always have. If I could own a zoo, I probably would own just about every animal known to mankind (except snakes, spiders and sharks).
I have had pets my entire life. Besides Gunner the Golden (mentioned above), I currently have 3 Chihuahuas (each 2, 4 and 9 pounds who sleep under the covers all day) (1 is rescued/adopted and 2 I have had since birth. 1 has a cleft lip and pallet and was bottle fed/hand fed until he was 16 weeks old.), 1 Pitbull/Lab rescue (she is really sweet and thinks she is a Chihuahua), 3 cats, a hairless rat, a guinea pig and a Betta Fish. Ive been pet sitting since I was 16 years old (Im now in my mid 30's). I have no children and Im home 22-23 hours a day. Your pets become my children while you are away!
